Plan Details
  • A traditional home plan with captivating symmetry and a warm use of materials radiates southern comfort from curbside to back porch barbeques. This home has many unique features that make it one of a kind. Clapboard siding, stone, and cedar shingles blend beautifully in this classical estate. The shuttered windows and cozy front porch are warm and inviting. A two-car garage, accessed from the back of the home, reinforces the quiet sophistication.
  • Step inside the traditional foyer, which is open to the formal dining room. The study and hobby room, opposite the foyer, provide space for a multitude of activities. The entire family will enjoy time spent in the great room with a cathedral ceiling enhanced with rustic beams and warmed by a fireplace built from natural stone.
  • The kitchen and dinette are ample in size, perfect for informal meals and open to large covered porches that expand into additional spaces perfect for entertaining.
  • Upstairs you will find an impressive barrel ceiling above the two-story foyer at the top of the stairs. The back of the house encompasses the master suite, with a sunny sitting room, expansive closets, and storage areas. Up front are two private suites and an optional storage/living area. Possibilities for the basement include additional bedrooms, a second great room or a game room.

We do provide a slab plan, however, the structural foundation plan is to be provided by the structural engineer selected by your builder or yourself. This is done because our slab plan cannot anticipate the variations in soil, footings and other conditions per your specific site. We provide the design of the roof as well, however, the truss layouts need to be provided by a truss engineer or your lumber company. Your builder can provide these contacts for you.  Please keep in mind that these are additional expenses outside of the cost of the original plan that you purchase from us.
What's Not Included
  • Architectural or Engineering Stamp - handled locally if required
  • Site Plan - handled locally when required
  • Mechanical Drawings (location of heating and air equipment and duct work) - your subcontractors handle this
  • Plumbing Drawings (drawings showing the actual plumbing pipe sizes and locations) - your subcontractors handle this
  • Energy calculations - handled locally when required
