Plan Details
  • This cozy cottage style cabin will work well as a lake and mountain getaway or as a primary home and has everything you need for comfortable living.
  • The main level features a vaulted family room and dining area to create an open feel and also includes a small kitchen and a spacious bedroom.
  • The upper loft is also vaulted and has plenty of room for sleeping and storage. There is space for a full bed as well as two area for bunk beds.
  • Climb the ladder to the right of the bedroom barn doors to access the loft with bunk beds.
What's Included
  • Front, side and rear elevations at 1/4" scale.  All elevations include notes, dimensions and recommended materials.
  • Complete dimensioned and detailed floor plans
  • Foundation plan.  Typically, the plans show a basement foundation. Slab and crawlspace foundations are also available for most plans for an additional fee.
  • Roof plans at 1/4" scale showing all pitches, ridges, hips and valleys
What's Not Included
  • Architectural or Engineering Stamp - handled locally if required
  • Site Plan - handled locally when required
  • Mechanical Drawings (location of heating and air equipment and duct work) - your subcontractors handle this
  • Plumbing Drawings (drawings showing the actual plumbing pipe sizes and locations) - your subcontractors handle this
  • Energy calculations - handled locally when required
  • Electrical plans are customer specific and not included.  A custom electrical plan can be created for $350.
