Plan Details

This New American house plan has a board and batten and painted brick exterior. The covered porch has four timber supports with a gable and shed dormer above.
The main level has great flow making the home feel open and expansive while allowing you and your family to seamlessly move from space to space.
Off the foyer, French doors conceal your home office while ahead, the vaulted great room with stone fireplace flanked by built-ins is open to the dining room and kitchen, also under vaulted ceilings.
You'll enjoy spending time in your incredibly bright, sunny kitchen with unobstructed views into the formal dining and living room. It features a spacious 5'6" by 7'6" island with casual seating. The dining room has more than 12 linear feet of serving counters making it great for entertaining.
