Plan Details
  • This intricate modern farmhouse plan features a striking metal roof adorned with a cupola above the garage and a stunning clerestory cupola at the center of the home. The board-and-batten exterior is highlighted by shutters and wooden brackets on the front porch (48'8" wide and 6'4" deep), which extends the full width of the home and connects to the angled garage.
  • A coat closet is just inside the foyer entry and the dining room is adjoining. Ahead, the 2-story great room has a 18'1" vaulted ceiling and features an angled fireplace and opens to a rear porch (17'8" wide and 8'8" deep).
  • The kitchen has easy access to both the dining room and the screened porch.
  • A privacy hallway with built-in linen closets leads to the spacious master suite with direct access to the porch.
