Plan Details
  • A gently arched veranda shading beautiful double glass doors and wide double hung windows give this home plan a relaxed, elegant feel. The side-entry garage and two offset dormers balance the varied rooflines.
  • Inside, the arched design on the coffer ceiling in the foyer echoes the exterior details. Upon entering the great room directly ahead, a wide open view through sliding glass doors with angled fixed glass following the vaulted ceiling above begins an expansive feel found throughout this entire home.
  • The large kitchen has a functional island and plenty of counter space making cooking a breeze in this casual home. A single French door allows easy access to the covered lanai where you can also cook your meal at the outdoor kitchen and then dine al fresco while gazing at a fire or enjoying a favorite ball game.
  • There is a private entrance into the master suite off of the lanai, perfect for a late night swim or dip in the hot tub. The voluminous master suite is a perfect retreat for the owner with two large walk-in closets, dual sinks, sit down vanity, soaking tub and open, walk-in shower. Two additional suites are located off of the kitchen, both spacious in size.

We do provide a slab plan, however, the structural foundation plan is to be provided by the structural engineer selected by your builder or yourself. This is done because our slab plan cannot anticipate the variations in soil, footings and other conditions per your specific site. We provide the design of the roof as well, however, the truss layouts need to be provided by a truss engineer or your lumber company. Your builder can provide these contacts for you.  Please keep in mind that these are additional expenses outside of the cost of the original plan that you purchase from us.
What's Not Included
  • Architectural or Engineering Stamp - handled locally if required
  • Site Plan - handled locally when required
  • Mechanical Drawings (location of heating and air equipment and duct work) - your subcontractors handle this
  • Plumbing Drawings (drawings showing the actual plumbing pipe sizes and locations) - your subcontractors handle this
  • Energy calculations - handled locally when required
