Your master suite is on the ground floor - as is parking - and an enclosed entry leads you upstairs.
The second floor is for gathering with friends and is completely devoid of view-distracting walls. A balcony is accessible from the base of the stairs going to the third floor and there's a roomy walk-in pantry in the corner as well as a second pantry in-between the laundry room and the half bath.
A second master suite has a walk-in and a private bath on the third floor and a third bedroom is there as well. It has access to a bathroom in the hall. At the other end of the hall, there's a wet bar. Fill your glass and go up to the roof where you can enjoy views in all four directions.
