Plan Details
  • A center gable flanked by two dormers sits above the 48'4" wide and 6'6" deep front porch on this classic 2-story farmhouse plan. The porch partially wraps around the home and along with a large deck in back, gives you great fresh air space to enjoy.
  • Inside, the two-story foyer opens to the dining room which connects to the kitchen.
  • The great room has a 21'5" high cathedral ceiling and opens to the deck and to the island kitchen with convenient pantry. Nine-foot ceilings on the first level expand volume.
  • The master suite welcomes owners with whirlpool tub, double sink vanity, separate shower, and access to the deck.
  • At the top of the stairs, a balcony overlooks the great room below. There are three bedrooms that share a bath. And the bonus room gives you 332 square feet of expansion space.
