A split bedroom layout maximizes your privacy with the master suite occupying the entire right side of the home when you include the office which is accessible from the bedroom through a pocket door. Bed 2 is across the home and has direct access to Bath 2.
Upstairs, a loft overlooking the great room below is flanked by two matching pairs of 14' by 12' bedrooms with Jack and Jill baths.
This house plan was designed with a Pre-Engineered Metal Building (PEMB) in mind. A PEMB is the most commonly used structure when building a barndominium. A PEMB can be engineered, fabricated and shipped to any location in the world and generally can be installed in a much shorter time than a traditionally framed home. Pre-Engineered Metal Buildings get a project in the dry very quickly and allow for interior build-outs to be convenient, not having to support roof loads.
